Our Beef
Our grass fed beef is born on the farm and raised on the certified organic pastures with cows and calves staying together. In the winter, they live in the barn with access to the outdoors for sunlight and fresh air. They eat a mix of silage and hay that was harvested during the previous growing season on the farm. The animals are raised following organic standards and we bring them to a butcher shop in Maine, a USDA inspected facility.
Our Pork
Our pigs are raised outdoors for 3 seasons out of the year and fed non-GMO Grain from Green Mountain Feeds in Vermont. The pork is processed and frozen at a USDA inspected facility in Windham, Maine. Prices range from $7.50 (spare ribs)-$20 (tenderloin) per pound.
We offer breakfast, hot Italian and sweet Italian sausage, ground pork, pork chops, pork shoulder roast, bacon (when available) and country style spare ribs.
