At our farm, our pigs thrive outdoors for three seasons of the year, enjoying a natural environment while being fed high-quality, non-GMO grain from Green Mountain Feeds in Vermont. Our pork is carefully processed and frozen at a USDA-inspected facility in Windham, Maine, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Our pigs contribute to the farm by rooting up brushy areas and clearing overgrown pasture edges, naturally maintaining the land while relishing the opportunity to wallow in the mud. They also benefit from a rich diet, including supplemental whey from our cheesemaking process and organic milk and yogurt from our dairy.
We offer a variety of pork products, including breakfast sausage, hot and sweet Italian sausage, ground pork, pork chops, pork shoulder roast, bacon (when available), and country-style spare ribs.
